Great pain free treatment, she listened to exactly what I wanted and it turned out amazing.
The only thing letting this place down is the setting ! If you're just interested in a cheap and cheerful manicure then it's great.
My appointment was booked for 11:30 as the first appointment of the day. However when I arrived early for the appointment by about 10 minutes the salon doors were locked. I couldn't even come inside and take as seat as they were supposed to already be open since 11am. I waited 5 minutes past my appointment time, and then another 5 minutes more, totalling 20 minutes since I arrived! Finally as I was just about to leave thinking the salon was shut and locked, someone came to let me in 10mins past my appointment time. I don't know if they were showing up late for their shift or something else, but this was not acceptable. I feel like this appointment was really unreliable, I would hate to book again and no one shows up at the salon for my appointment.
The massage was good although I booked a deep tissue massage and was given a Swedish. The lady massages according to your alements, However it wasn't deep enough so didn't help with my back/neck pain which is why I booked it! It was a good Swedish massage though and the lady was lovely.
The massage was discounted from £90 to £40.. this is worth it, but I would have been disappointed if I'd paid £90.
