Masseuse was amazing - wonderful woman who brought you mood up and was very relaxing. Venue quite shoddy
Thorough pedicure. Low tech/old school salon. Noisy people in shop above. Nice treatment but was rushed out after pedicure so nails not dry and both big toe nails are badly smudged.
I had to stand outside up until the minute of my appointment, to be taken down by a really unpleasant staff. The place is shabby and clunky, no atmosphere whatsoever. The 'beautician' was rushing the treatment while constantly responding to phone calls and messages, barely a word to me. Finally, a couple of the nails got smudged, and instead of removing and re-applying the nail polish, the lady just added extra layers. She didn't let me wait until it dried, meaning it got smudged again irreparably. Another thing I didn't like at all was the fact that someone texted me right before the treatment to bring cash, when I didn't see that mentioned anywhere on the website. Very unpleasant experience.
