Having read other reviews I was concerned, but the massage was really good and the therapist was really friendly and worked really hard to make it as nice a possible. The venue isn't fancy, the walls are pretty thin and it wasn't purpose built, but it's nice enough and clean. I would definitely recommend.
Never go here. Manicure was fine but the room is horrible, I had a computer beeping at me every 2 minutes for the entire treatment. I was not told it was cash only, there is a card payment sign at the door. After the treatment I was told I could either go get cash or transfer at home.
They told me a cash machine was 2 mins away yet I was wondering around for 20 mins and had to go nearly half a mile away for the nearest one.
Appalling service.
I wouldn't return to have another pedicure. I left feeling disappointed as there was still dry hard skin on the heels of my feet and around my toes.
I did ask the girl during the pedicure to scrub those areas again, which she did but she couldn't understand English so it was hard to communicate.
I have since had to remove the dry skin myself, which I shouldn't have to do! My feet still look dry and horrible. The only positive thing is the shellac nail polish.
I have had much better pedicures in the past - this was not worth £25.
