Not a very good variety of colours, staff didnt talk throughout whole manicure. Otherwise good value for money.
Booked a facial.. the venue was VERY outdated, exposed lighting and walls paper thin that I could hear the conversation the the next 'beauty' room. No ambience or spa/salon feel at all. There was no music but instead the therapist randomly hummed to herself. She also suggested I have my eyebrows shaped. Great, I thought, as I was going to ask her to thread my eyebrows as I was going to my appointment. Fail! She had no idea what threading was but did say she was great at waxing. I thought I'd give it a go. DO NOT do this. She waxed the tops of my eyebrow but tweezed the actual shape in (!) The actual facial itself waz basic. Never going back.
My nails look like they were painted with normal polish, not shellac by a ten year old. The 'shellac' was applied so far from my cuticles it looks like I've got two weeks regrowth. My nails were not filed properly prior to application so the ends were rough and I had to file them myself after leaving. The shellac was also still sticky upon leaving, despite me asking for additional time under the uv. Would not recommend this place at all
