Unexpectedly run-down place near Great Ormond Street. Room in basement with no air or windows, sat on folding chair. Very basic. I felt sorry for the lady doing the manicure and pedicure. She did a good job under the circumstances, but it was obviously not a happy place to be working. Cleanliness? None.
