I can’t comment on other services but I really don’t recommend the facial. I arrived on time and had to lie on the bed while she prepped the equipment as she had only just arrived herself and wasn’t ready. No consultation or discussion about skin concerns so just had to hope she knew what I needed. Left me for 15 minutes in the middle while I had a face mask on and went upstairs to chat on her phone/with a colleague - so when the mask made my eye sting I just had to grin and bear it. She came back in and plugged her phone in, checking messages before wiping off the mask and trying to sell me an eyebrow thread and tint while I was still having the facial. Then she finished 7 mins early (after starting 5-10 mins late). As I was in the room picking up my bag she was already checking her phone again. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately - not the restful treat I had been hoping for and although fairly cheap, definitely worth paying more for a better experience.
