I was talked into receiving a treatment different from what I had booked, and it seemed that the reason for this was that the necessary machines were not present or otherwise in use. The result was mediocre at best. The overall cleanliness is unpleasantly low. I did regret this booking.

Only had gel removal but she did it really well without scratching or weakening my nails. Bit of a strange little room downstairs with no windows and we were sat in silence for most of the time (except for the random music on the iPad!). But easy to book, quick service & cheap!
