From start to finish the lady was professional and efficient and her attention to detail was great! My natural nail had broken a little so she used gel to repair it and spent time filing it before my shellac.
A hack job! The place is very shabby, but i would have forgiven this if the woman i was skilled. She took 1 hour and 40mins to do a full leg, bikini and under arm. It was a really terrible experience. I had wanted hot wax and had to insist on her using it hot wax - she kept trying to use strip wax and it became clear why; she is not skilled at using hot wax! The application of the wax was laboured, painful and not precise and it was clear the wax was not hot enough to apply. I mentioned this and she eventually turned up the heat. Also, i explained the area i wanted waxed in terms of my bikini (just the edge and the belly) and also said that “i don’t want too much off”. But she did not listen and quickly applied the hot wax on half of the main part of my bikini area (as if she was doing a Brazilian) to my horror! By then it was too late and she had to take off the hair. She kept insisting that this was a standard bikini, which was just not the case! I had to get out of there quickly! All in all it was a horrible experience and I will not be going back!

The 'classic' facial I got was pretty thorough and quite good value. I had extractions, which seemed to have been done properly. The beautician was lovely but I did keep getting the soapy stuff rubbed into my lips, which wasn't terribly comfortable!
