The salon is basic and wouldn’t say my experience was the most luxurious. There was no conversation with the lady that met me who did my manicure. The manicure was okay, no nail bath which I would have expected and the colour selection want great (only one shade of red/coral). For the money o think you can get a better experience
I admit to be very particular and very sensitive about my nail treatments, but at the same time I don't like to pay high London salons prices, so I was super happy to find Monica in this salon, who gave me one if the best mani-pedis I've had in a long time! As mentioned before me, the treatment is done in a small, windowless basement, but I didn't mind as it meant it was just Monica, me and some music. She was super attentive, buffed away the little dry skin I had, took her time and did a great job on my cuticles, and a brilliant job on painting my nails. She s pleasant and kind and highly professional. The range of normal (non shelac/gel) colours could have been better, but I tend to bring my own OPI with me anyhow, so wasn't a problem for me. Even though the salon isn't perfect, Monica is so great that I would giver 7 stars if I could, and the experience gets a 5 star review, due to her.
It was awful, she had the wax too hot and I mentioned it and still didn’t care to do anything about it, I’m now left with an unflattering dark patch on the side right before my holiday! I do not recommend at all!
