Great experience - super quick and efficient for a manicure pedicure. I was quite late and they were very understanding - will be going back for sure.
The waxing was quick and efficient. The location convenient but the environment in the salon could be improved.

Good master, but the place is old and dirty and cosmetics not of nice quality.
Incredibly disappointing.
First arrived and the woman was shouting at someone on the phone. Walking through the salon everything was dusty and strangely positioned - weird for a company dealing with aesthetics.
The toilet was rank, and no hand wash or anything to dry with.
The treatment was held downstairs in a poorly lit room. The bin was full and floor was dirty so didn't really want to put anything down. The lady didn't leave, so I had to undress in front of her.
Instantly berated my choice of Brazilian when I 'should have' received Hollywood, and for only £12 more she could give me the full treatment.. Steep! Main problem arose when she refused to wax underneath; she just wouldn't drop it and kept trying to get me to spend the extra money just to get a normal full service.
Poured the wax on all at once and ripped off in one go rather than sections. This actually caused my veins to come to the surface from the force of it, which took longer to go away than the red of the wax..
Got put out when I wouldn't pay in cash - always dodgy.
Could not get out of there fast enough. When I left I realised there was wax all down my legs and she'd missed bits. Only when I got home did I realise the bikini line was wonky at the top.
Won't be going back at all, but hey - I got a story out of it.

Monica was AMAZING - I have never had a better pedicure, she was very attentive and detailed. She completely removed all the excess skin on my heel, more than any other pedicure I've ever had. Although the pedicure was in a fairly cluttered basement, it was nice to be the only customer in the room with relaxing music in the background (versus with 10 other females getting pedicures). Very good value for money, will be coming back again!
