First-time having threading, everything was explained well and happy with the shape. Expected more thorough Covid measures though like hand sanitizer, properly worn / more adequate PPE. Therapist was very nice but I'm not really a fan of upselling for things I've not come in for. Was given Herbalife spiel at the end of treatment, which was a bit awkward.
