When I arrived I was asked to lay down on a bed and put my head on a towel which I am not sure was clean. A used tissue was put on the other end of the bed for me to put my feet up. The wax which was used was from a dirty tub which had all the old wax from previous times still on the rim and that is where the cotton bud used on my face leant in between hair removal. The treatment was painful and left me with two large burns on my face from incorrect use of wax on the sensitive skin on my eyes.

Lovely clean place, room was a bit small meaning that the beautician found it difficult to manoeuvre around the bed. Other than that, would definitely recommend.
