My first time at Holistic Health. If you want a place that is clean, professional, with warm, knowledgable ladies looking after you, then this is definitely it. I came to them on a day when I was feeling particularly fragile and I left with not only a very well done pedicure, but also feeling like I’d been sitting with wonderful family

Most horrible waxing experience at Holistic Health , Advanced Skincare & A-Z Flora Beauty! Booked via Treatwell and the price was £10 cheaper to go straight to them. Got there and they were running late. Somehow the lady decided to drop the client she was doing to do my waxing instead and started strapping me like there is no tomorrow! In excruciating pain I asked her to stop! She then was patronising saying she had been rushing all day and bla bla bla like it was somehow my fault! So I’m lying here holding tears of pain in the hope it’ll end soon! Never felt more humiliated in an already not dignifying position! I informed treatwell who immediately took action and refunded me the extra charge.
