The wax itself was ok, however it felt very rushed. I was late into my appointment with no apology and during my appointment there were people knocking on the door, so didn't make for a particularly relaxing appointment. The beautician was obviously very good at her job, I just think perhaps time constraints made this appointment not the best it could be.
The salon itself was very clean and the wax used (I had a hot wax) was very good.

I've never had a facial before and I was pleasantly surprised about the entire process at Mimosa. The staff were very professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will be back again.
