Salon and beautician was lovely however wax wasn't very good. I have light coloured hair and a lot was left behind. Only striped wax option available, if I had known this before booking I would not have done so.

Nothing personal to Sofie - she's a very nice girl, but the result was one of the worst.
Fisrt, instead of hot wax for Hollywood bikini they actually use STRIPES.The whole world is aware that this delicate zone couldn't be done with stripes. Except Mimosa.
That's not even about the pain, which is worse than with hot wax, but about the result.
For the first and second day the pain was terrible, I never had it before either I do waxing for more than 6 years. Now I see that my skin got literally burnt and damaged. I have 2 scorches (burs) at my most intimate place. Yet apart from the fact that I still have some hair, which I was forced to remove by myself at home.
Hollywood Waxing
The place is really nice and the staff is lovely. However, I was not entirely happy with my Brazilian Waxing, as it was not done 100 % thoroughly.
Brazilian Waxing
The massage was very good and I felt very relaxed afterwards. They didn't ask me about allergies and conditions before the massage, which was unusual, but the therapist was very friendly and checked the pressure was ok and gave good after care advice. The venue was clean and modern.
Aromatherapy Massage
Poor customer service. As a paying customer I'd like my custom to feel valued. Will not be booking here again.
