This was my second visit to this salon for microdermabrassion. I arrived 10 minutes early but was seen straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful. My skin looks and feels great after the treatment.

Last week I went for a microdermabrasion facial with Flora. She asked what I was looking to achieve and then carefully and thoroughly carried out the procedure. I was left for 5 minutes with a cooling mask on after the microdermabrasion which was relaxing and stopped the redness. The session took the full 45 minutes that is advertised. My skin felt great afterwards and I have now booked a session of 6 more microdermabrasion facials with this salon. Thank you.

I got to the salon half an hour before my appointment time and I asked if it was possible to have my facial earlier, which was not a problem. The receptionist in the hairdressers upstairs (which I think is unconnected to The Beauty & Laser Clinic) was quite rude and shouted down the stairs to the therapist, which didn't create the best first impression. However, Sofia was very friendly and the facial was really good. Would definitely recommend.

I had my appointment with Flora for HD eyebrows. Although I was a few minutes late for my appointment, Flora did not rush me and took time to do a very detailed job on my eyebrows. The shape and tinting were spot on. She also showed me a few tricks how to make my eyebrows HD myself.
She remained attentive and professional throughout my entire visit.
It was good value for money due to Wahanda discount offer.
I recommend Flora to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable eyebrow beautician.
