I got to the salon half an hour before my appointment time and I asked if it was possible to have my facial earlier, which was not a problem. The receptionist in the hairdressers upstairs (which I think is unconnected to The Beauty & Laser Clinic) was quite rude and shouted down the stairs to the therapist, which didn't create the best first impression. However, Sofia was very friendly and the facial was really good. Would definitely recommend.
Classic Facials
I had my appointment with Flora for HD eyebrows. Although I was a few minutes late for my appointment, Flora did not rush me and took time to do a very detailed job on my eyebrows. The shape and tinting were spot on. She also showed me a few tricks how to make my eyebrows HD myself.
She remained attentive and professional throughout my entire visit.
It was good value for money due to Wahanda discount offer.
I recommend Flora to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable eyebrow beautician.

I had a fantastic massage and facial. The therapist applied just the right amount of pressure and made the whole experience wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated, calm and relaxing. I have booked another massage already!

The therapist was very nice. However, the system was very disorganized. Flora had to reschedule my appointment twice because of errors in their system. The therapist was half an hour late in seeing me. And I had to wait for half an hour more during my mask because they have to negotiate with the people upstairs to lock up the place. A lot of my time was wasted... I'd say the treatment was good but it would be better if they are more organized.
