Turned up to the door a few minutes before my appointment, (it’s just a door to someone’s flat, not an actual salon/shop etc) and pressed the buzzer for entry and it was clearly not working or nobody was there, nor did anyone come so I left. Waste of my time and am now pursuing a refund. Bit of advice-don’t leave your clients waiting out on the street, and if you do, make sure your buzzer is working/answer the door!

Worst experience I’ve had in London. Clinic was not clean and the practitioner was impatient and unprofessional. The massage was awful.

this is not a luxury experience, but it doesn’t pretend to be either! the therapist was excellent and the massage was targeted and so effective! i’ll be back for sure!
