I left the clinic with my clinician asking me £500 and 6 sessions to solve an easy lower back pain that was possible to relieve the pain with one session. Poor experience.

Turned up to the door a few minutes before my appointment, (it’s just a door to someone’s flat, not an actual salon/shop etc) and pressed the buzzer for entry and it was clearly not working or nobody was there, nor did anyone come so I left. Waste of my time and am now pursuing a refund. Bit of advice-don’t leave your clients waiting out on the street, and if you do, make sure your buzzer is working/answer the door!
