The treatment was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 45 minutes because of an initial health assessment (can’t see why this is necessary) and a posture scan I didn’t ask for that was then used to up sell me more services at the end of the session. Also the therapist doing the massage talked the whole way through the session when it would have been nice to relax - the room is a brightly lit clinical doctors room so don’t go expecting a relaxing experience! Was very cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for.

The clinic is very basic, staff appears very professional and helpful. Good place to get help, straight to the point, not one of the insragrammable places :)

massage was great but they had my appointment time recorded wrong - on my booking and all emails i’d had it said 7pm but when i arrived i was told they had 8pm. they were clearly busy so they didn’t really explain to me what had happened or why this was (apart from a very brief apology) and just told me rather abruptly that my appointment was now at 7.30pm. so i had to wait half an hour. this could have been dealt with a bit better, i felt like i was an inconvenience to them despite not doing anything wrong, paying for this appointment and actually being the one that had to wait!
my massage was perfect though, no faults to the guy who gave it! he addressed my concerns/problems i was having and explained everything as he went.
