The clinician was very knowledgeable and understanding, and I came away with much less pain in my neck. He also gave me an exercise to do at home.

I'm pretty sure the guy had no idea what he was doing. I came in complaining of back sciatic pain. The treatment involved a quick massage, then he attempted to do some chiropractic readjustments. And then brought out a suction cup so I've got big bruises all over my back. He gave me no real physical examination and no exercises to improve my problems for e future! I'm not sure what treatment I had but it certainly wasn't physiotherapy. Maybe quackery??
