Had Sports Therapy/physio session... It was excellent. The therapist identified and explained my problem, and gave me good understanding of it. Now have exercises to do.

Do not go here if you want a massage. They were 15 minutes late. Then took 15 minutes answering questions as if they were a GP. Then they massaged for 20 minutes. Then they spent another 10 minutes asking questions. Utterly ridiculous. I've had over 100 massages across all continents, and this is the first time I feel compelled to write a review to warn you all. They try to upsell you and hook you in, telling you that you have more problems than you really have, almost guilt-tripping you. Anyway, you've been warned. Please don't be tempted by their deals. It'll be a huge waste of your time. Worst place.

Started five minutes late and ended ten minutes early. Only did upper back. Loud building, felt unpersonal. Would not recommend unfortunately.
