I didn't show up. Treatwell/venue did not give the option to choose female masseusse (called after booking and were informed it is a male masseusse). Also no information that I need to bring my own towel "due to covid" - which is ridiculous (other places provide towels). Cancellation policy was 48hrs, so not possible.

If I could give no stars, I would. Terrible service. Massage lasted 20 mins of the full hour I paid for. Terrible customer service. Do not go here under any circumstances. I do not know how this place has 4 stars on Treatwell. It was truly horrific.

Venue is quite shabby, but treatment itself was nice - deep tissue massage. Not a full hour because of the disclosures and checks, but fair for the introductory price. Atlanta was lovely and chatty. Bear in mind they will try to upsell other services, wish I was aware as I felt pressured to buy additional services.
