I hold a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Abertay University and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, completed through an intensive course that provided me with extensive hands-on experience. My background in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics allows me to tailor each treatment to meet your specific needs, whether you're seeking pain relief, support for sports recovery, or overall relaxation. We are in the basement together with Harmonic Clinic. Please ring the bell when you arrive at the door and ask for Holistic & Sports Massage.
