The first time I’ve left after a sports massage and really feeling like it was worth it. I’ve had many done by other companies but I was really happy with my massage today. Niamh really listened to me and was very knowledgeable, efficient, and her techniques were effective. I doubt I will ever consider going elsewhere now for massages and will be booking in again soon with Niamh. Thank you.

Really benefited from a great massage. Svitlana checked in the whole time for pressure, etc and I left feeling great. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend
