Very lovely lady stayed open late to do my hair. Lovely blow dry. Not the most glamorous location ~ but very local to me. Would recommend.

Not overly happy with the cut I was given. I asked for layers cut into it and because I didnt want layers in the front she told me it wouldnt suit me to have it in the rest of my hair. I explained to her I had been having hair loss so wanted the layers for volume but she didnt give me any. Instead I came out looking like a bassett hound with my hair feeling heavy and clumpy. She did suggest jamaican castor oil to use in my hair which was nice of her but im attending hospital for the dermatology to see why im loosing my hair so I wanted to wait for results before putting on new products. I wear hair covering/ hijab and she told me I should remove it as it could be effecting my head. I felt a bit uncomfortable as I felt she was trying to put her views/ opinions on me. When I got home I saw one side of my hair is longer than the other and so it looks like I will have to go cut my hair and get my layers elsewhere now. Salon is very old / tatty and needs renovating also.
