I was happy with the haircut itself. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I was called two days before my appointment to re-arrange the time - I called them back to be told that they couldn't find my appointment. This was then rectified. When I arrived at the salon, they then said again that my appointment wasn't on the system. They then seemed to have rectified this and I was asked to sit down (not all that important, but nobody offered to take my coat.) I then waited for 15 minutes with no explanation of a delay, despite the fact that I could see that my hairdresser was still in the middle of another appointment (which I wouldn't have minded had someone told me.) I was then moved into a hairdressing chair, where I waited for another 10 minutes (still with no explanation.) the hairdresser then finally appeared, saying that she hadn't been told I was there - despite the fact that I had seen her talking to the receptionist about it! As I said, I was very pleased with the haircut itself, but the experience was spoiled by these little customer service issues.
Great cut and colour. Holly really took the time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I really love my new short hair! I'll be going back for my next haircut.
