I am sure it would have been great had I not had a confirmation email for my appointment on the 2nd of August onl y to receive a further email over 24 hours later giving me another completely different appointment date which I missed partially because I did not see this email and more importantly because this randomly chosen date by yourselves did not suit me. As a result I have booked elsewhere without the intermediary of treatwell. I shall not consider using this way to book any appointments in the future.
