She's funny and approachable and really knows what she's doing. All the staff at Code are lovely and make you feel super comfortable.
This time round I went for quite a drastic change to my usual cut and Holly was amazing at talking things through with me and making sure it was definitely what I wanted. I'm over the moon with my cut, and I'm getting SO MANY compliments it's unreal.<3
