Hetal was super lovely, professional and skilled! She was very reassuring as it was only my 3rd Hollywood wax (and my last one was over a year ago!). She was patient when I said I needed a minute and was very caring and understanding that it can be a painful process.
She was chatty throughout (which I prefer, but I’m sure if you don’t that would be fine) and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
My leg waxing was just a good, super quick and again Hetal was very professional and skilled.

Attention to detail and a real customer focussed approach. Most probably the best waxing and threading in Watford. Will definitely be coming back!
