Hope was lovely and explained about my colouring really well. I’m always is a bit nervous because I've been to “cut happy” hair dressers in the past and like to keep my hair long. Hope was amazing and told me exactly how much she was cutting, why and just cut that amount ! Definitely will be going back, I love my hair.
