The ladies were friendly and seemed to want to please, but unfortunately I think a couple of shortcuts were taken and this meant that my gel was not removed properly and also the polish (non-gel) barely lasted the day. However when I accidentally smudged a bit, they were very nice about it and redid the nail from start to finish.
