The staff were friendly enough, but the service I received was probably the worst I’ve had when getting gel on my nails. Although I know my nails are slightly more difficult to work with, it became quickly apparent that the girl doing my nails wasn’t 100% certain of how to go about doing them. My skin was nicked a few times with a bit of bleeding, they applied a hardening substance that just made my nails burn worse than I’ve ever experienced under the UV lamp and the end product was very lumpy and uneven nails. Almost all of my nails began to peel off before the end of the day and as they were still hurting I just had to peel them off completely myself. Wouldn’t recommend.
