The facial started off well, however, it progressed to the beautican using a blackhead clearer to scrape my face. This was very very sore and went on for the majority of the facial. Also, my friend and I booked different facials (that happened one after the other) and appeared to recieve exactly the same experience. The staff were very friendly and this was reasonably priced but i would not recommend. I have had numerous facials but nothing quite like this one. I left with my face in raised red lumps and bruised.
