Val text me half an hour before appointment to ask if I could do later and I said I couldn’t. Then turned up appointment to find out val hasn’t even turned up. Extremely disappointed. Pre paid appointment and still waiting for refund. Also text val about this and had no response. To avoid disappointment just book somewhere else.

I’ve been once before and had a positive experience, but this time was disappointed. I went to my appointment only to receive a “can we reschedule message?” from my waxer only a few minutes before my appointment time. I went in to clarify, what’s going on, and the other worker was just as confused. Nobody could reach my waxer to see what’s going on and if we could reschedule. Luckily, the other worker saved the day by calling in the salon nearby and they booked me in for the same price.
