Staff were so welcoming and it was a great atmosphere. Magda was chatty and relatable and even offered to put a little glitter on my nails which was a lovely birthday treat! I would definitely return here for nails and other treatments!!
Despite booking the leg wax well in advance they obviously weren’t prepared and only had one wax strip in the entire place. Instead they used hot Brazilian wax on my legs, the skin on my legs was really irritated by the end. Although I explained I’d had leg waxes before they tried to convince me my skin irritation was normal and even tried to overcharge me. To add insult to injury my legs still had patches of hair and left over wax after they finished. Will not be recommending to anyone.
