Came in for a lash lift and left with the most twisted, kinky lashes I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. Somehow she'd managed to get the bottom ones completely curled up, and although they offered to get me in again there was limited time available.... So I was stuck with ridiculous looking eyelashes. I was eventually refunded but had to pay someone else to fix them. So disappointed. Also use a drill to take off gel polish which is a bit rough, and there were a few stains on the blanket in the back room.. Girls were a bit loud, but friendly enough. I'd been here several times but I won't be visiting again after this.
Girls were lovely! Booked back in for my nails straight after! Will be back again!
