Was made to wait 20 min without being told anything and had to go and ask myself and told me they double booked, so had to wait 20 min in total for my treatment to begin! Then I noticed the room wasn't super clean, and a treatment which was supposed to last 2h lasted 3h, and there were interruptions every 15min, just not nice. About the lashes themselves, they lasted 10 days instead of the usual 3 4 weeks before an infill!

started well. girl doing pedicure knew what she was doing. girl doing manicure was nice, but requires training. definitely should not be trimming cuticles. my fingers are destroyed with upstarts.
