Mercedes was very nice and soft. She was exactly on time and arrived with all the appropriate equipment. She is very much into details and is very focus on the perfection of her work, which is what you expect from a professional and competent beautician! And everything at home in a cosy atmosphere, that is an added value! Thanks Mercedes!

Great experience, Mercedes was on time, friendly and provide a good serivce. The best part was I didn't have to leave my flat. Would recommend.
