I was booked at 13:30 Acrylic (1hr) and Gel Manicure (1hr). There’s a client who was booked for 2pm. Nail tech told me ‘cause I booked the gel wrong (should be pedicure) she won’t be able to do it ‘cause she will have no time and she has another client😳😱 I was booked for 2hrs how’s that? then she was rushing me to pick colours because her client was waiting. She also nicked 2 of my nails 🩸because she was on the phone talking the whole time. She rescheduled my pedicure but I didn’t go back

This is the worst place I have ever been, cap highlights head is still sore all over. The highlights just look like a blob on my head had to get my lashes redone and the haircut is the opposite of what I asked for i also paid s £10 deposit to have my nails done I went somewhere else for that too spent over £100 this is the first bad review I have ever given but i am so annoyed
