My experience here was awful and the last time I will be coming here. I booked for gel nails and left with nothing on my hands as honey stated she did not have time to do them due to having someone in for hair foils, why allow me to book the time on the app then in the first place? Also they offered for me to go back a later time to fix and actually do my nails but stated I will be charged an extra £8 as it was discounted on the app…?
