Booked and prepaid the day before. Turned up and said I have an app at 12, to be questioned “today???”. Sat down whilst one girl was doing a customers nails and one was doing her own. 12.15 I asked how long it would be, to be told the hairdresser isn’t in so I’ll have to wait for the nail technician to finish “in about 30 mins”. Very rude, spoke to each other in their own language staring at me. Didn’t bother to stay! Not a good environment or friendly at all

My first visit and dropped in on the off chance there was space. Really quick to fit me in. Lovely friendly and professional staff. Service and treatment was great and great value for money.

Their shop is always spotless and they are always professional and they do a fantastic job every single time no matter what you have done!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ☺️
