Terrible experience. Did not provide eyelashes, 3 staff surrounded me and made me pay £155 . Did not do full head of highlights, did full head of colour against my wishes leaving my hair YELLOW and PINK. Do Not book this salon. Refused refund or to fix hair. I am now seeking legal advise

Terrible service, refused to correct my haur colour ( blonde highlights was what I asked for- ignored me and did full head colour with Pink toner. Subsequently I had yellow and pink hair)
