Loved the massage, but the dermological facial which was offered for a try free of charge, wasnt pleasant left me with bruises for 3 days on my face as the machine was too high I think. I'm not sure what the end result was supposed to look like or if my skin was too sensitive. Will.not be going for that facial again.
Lou was amazingly good and I felt so much more relaxed once she had finished easing all the tension and stress out of my muscles
Louise was brilliant, she was very attentive and I got one to one care throughout my 1.5 hours. I received 2 cups of coffee and some mags to read also. I will be back to get my hair done by Louise in the future.
also parking was easy, which does make a difference, especially in my case as it was raining on the day
