My mum bought me this as a gift from Groupon. After my experience sorry but I would never go back. I had to pay an extra £15 to have a pedicure that was already included in my Groupon - she tried charging me £20 then changed her mind. She made my toenail bleed as she pushed the cuticles down to low. So it stung every time she touched it. I asked for square shape nails, I got a mismatch of round & square. The shellac polish used is so cheap that after 2 coats you could still see my nails under.

I have MS and all the staff are so caring & helpful. My appointment was beautiful done, my legs & feet didn’t spasm once, I asked question which were answered I totally relaxed. Have booked my next reflexology for next week and can’t wait.
