Lou has amazing hands. She helped me relax and my back and shoulders felt so much better

First impressions were not great; the decor is dated, the furniture in the waiting area was scruffy and the hairdressers school age son was on reception (made a great cup of tea though). The treatment rooms were better but a bit dark, I realised at the end of the session this was because the lights made an unpleasant noise when turned up. Once my eyes were accustomed to the dark the rest of the session was wonderful. Lou was brilliant, making me feel very relaxed and totally pampered.

I have M.S and feel Naana is always working with me asking if the pressure is okay. I feel safe in her hands as she works with me and would recommend having reflexology with her.
