I had a beautiful experience, the staff are polite and friendly. And Lou (my stylist) was amazing and did an excellent job with my hair!

Was the most unprofessional beauty salon I have ever experienced. The pedicure was very badly done, my cuticles were not pushed back, nail shaping was non existent and the polish application was very amateur; my cuticles were painted!

Previous to this appointment I was very pleased with the service but i had arranged for my hair and make up to be done for a wedding and they did not turn up. I have tried to get a refund and my membership cancelled and still haven't heard anything I was and still am very disappointed
