Had a Groupon voucher gifted to me. I called and made an apt, the woman I spoke to booked me in and I thought awesome. Day of tlc. I got an email the next day saying I had missed the apt, although I had booked it for the day after. The woman I spoke to was rude and basically called me a liar as I’d spoken to her the previous day and remembered me and that I asked for this specifically. I’m working 6 day weeks currently, so I know I booked it in for my day off and not the day that she had booked me for. Her attitude and mannerless tone really was uncalled for and tbh because of that I won’t ever return. I don’t expect to be called a liar by anyone. The lady who did my treatments was so lovely and really the saving grace from the whole experience. She was sweet and very tentative, the conversation flowed and she reassured me I’d be relaxed by the time it was all done. I felt awful at the end because I knew I wasn’t going to ever go back. Not because of the treatments or her service but because of the woman on the phone who I believe may have been the manager. Attitude is your business card, if you can’t be pleasant then you shouldn’t bother advertising. Such a shame cuz the therapist was lovely.

Good facial for the money, staff friendly but pushy to buy a package.

I was welcomed by a lovely lady and then went into the steam room where it was nice and then went for a facial which was really good and relaxing and then had a back massage. The room could have been warmer but on the whole I would go back again. Value for money and the staff friendly. No health questions were asked though on arrival ?or even just to check any allergies etc. ?that was my only concern.
