Overall I thought the treatment was average it wasn't as in-depth as I thought it would be...can I just add that this was a gift from my friend.
The masseuse used rubber gloves whilst giving me a massage, which meant it removed the feeling of relaxation. Not much oil was also applied to compensate for using the rubber gloves which meant that majority of the time I felt the gloves rubbing against my skin sounding like it’s about to tear. Also I felt as if they were forcefully attempting to make me purchase another message of their existing offers. Overall I would rate it a 2/10 not worth the money, they have most certainly lost a customer.
I can’t possibly review the salon as they have consistently failed to return our calls and emails. We have tried to reschedule our appointments and they are not bothering to communicate with us despite having taken payment.
