Lovely massage and facial, couldn't fault treatment quality, salon location in Hemel is a bit off putting at first but don't let it stop you booking (car park was very full) as interior of salon is fine and staff all seemed nice. Good selection of treatments available too. (Only negative thing was the audio soundtrack of chirping frogs, it had a very fast 25 second reset, gentle music would have been much more relaxing)
Ash was very professional and I appreciated that she didn't talk -- nice to have a very quiet treatment experience. She had a lovely strong touch and was very thorough. My only request would be to have some quiet music - the outdoor insect sounds were nice for a while but not so relaxing after 10 minutes.
I brought a groupon voucher for me and my Friend for her 30th bday and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had, the owner didn’t have a clue and the service was shocking and they tried to charge us even more when we had the groupon. The owner was so rude and made the whole experience unpleasant and the service was appalling and we left there even worse than when we arrived. Strongly advise not to go here. Jenny and Fran

I was a late appointment and it meant I was still getting my nails done long after closing time. Which I appreciated very much. The owner of the salon is lovely and I felt very much at ease and totally relaxed.
