We didn’t get created with a hello which started the experience off well, then it was an empty salon with no music or ambience which didn’t make us feel comfortable, we went in for our treatment where the beds we laid on were squeaky as if they were old and not well looked after. The treatment itself wasn’t relaxing, I felt very on edge as it was a light rub more that a full body massage, you could hear noise from outside of the room meaning it was relaxing at all. As we left we were hardly acknowledged and before I forget, half way through the massage I was asked if the was any medical conditions they should know about, this was a good 15 mins into our treatment. Not a good experience at all!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Salon looks tired and in need of refurbishment, massage bed very creaky which was off putting during massage and doesn’t help when trying to relax, the Lady giving my massage sniffed all the way through as though she had a cold (she could of excused herself to go blow her nose), the lady at the reception desk who was there after I finished was rather unwelcoming and unfriendly. Actual massage was ok, asked for more attention to neck and shoulders rather than rest of body which seemed to be ignored - don’t think I will be going back

The massage was really good and the therapist was great with her hands. She checked the pressure with me and the room was nice and dark with relaxing music. Lovely massage.
